Personalized Mental Training
We draw from person-centered and cognitive-behavioral frameworks to develop individualized mental performance training programs for athletes, business owners, first responders, teams, and other performers. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we believe effective mental performance training begins with understanding the person behind the performance.
Our work is built on collaboration. We bring expertise in mental performance, behavior, and performance development, while the performer brings their own experiences, goals, perspectives, and knowledge of themselves. Together, we create a cohesive approach that is both evidence-informed and personally meaningful.
Mental performance training is not only reactive—it is proactive. It can help performers rebuild confidence, develop grit, strengthen intentional focus, deepen commitment, manage pressure, and navigate challenges they are currently facing. At the same time, it can prepare performers for challenges before they arise by developing self-awareness, adaptability, trust, communication, and other mental skills needed to respond effectively when circumstances change.
Ultimately, mental performance training is about more than solving problems in the moment. It is about developing the person behind the performance so they are better equipped to navigate both the demands they face today and the challenges that come next.
1-on-1 Performance Sessions
An intensive 30-minute or 60-minute session based on an individualized mental performance plan. This can be for athletes, business owners, first responders, or anyone who is a performer.
Group Performance Workshops
Interactive 60-minute or 90-minute performance-specific workshop designed for teams to develop practical mental performance skills together.
Live Performance Coaching
Ongoing, in-the-moment support throughout the season, including practices, competitions, and games, to help performers apply mental performance skills when it matters most.
Parent or Coaches Meetings
An intensive 30-minute one-on-one or small-group session designed to equip parents and coaches with practical mental performance skills and cognitive-behavioral strategies to better support the athletes, performers, and teams in their care.
Athlete Transitioning Out of Sport Program
A series of classes designed to help athletes navigate the transition out of competitive sport by identifying the mental skills, strengths, and experiences developed through sport and applying them to the next phase of life and performance. Through collaborative partnerships with professionals in areas such as clinical mental health, nutrition, and personal training, the program takes a holistic approach to supporting the athlete mentally, physically, and personally.
Returning After Injury or Time Away Sessions
Similar to a one-on-one session, returning after injury or time away begins with an individualized mental performance plan tailored to the performer’s specific needs and stage of recovery. However, these sessions typically occur more frequently and may involve greater collaboration with a broader network of performance professionals to support the performer’s mental, physical, and overall return to performance.
Customized Performance Partnership
A flexible, ongoing partnership designed for teams, athletic departments, and organizations seeking multiple or recurring mental performance services. Packages are customized to fit your goals, schedule, and needs, and may combine team workshops, individual sessions, live performance support, coach or parent education, and ongoing consultation.
